Annual Customer Meets 2014 Focus on Enabling Innovation Through Digital Transformation

This year the events carried the theme of ‘Breathe Digital. Breathe Newgen’, signifying digital transformation initiatives led by Newgen across the globe, with a prime focus on enabling Business Innovation across client organizations. The conferences across the three locations were marked by the discussions around innovations in mobility, e-governance and adaptive case management.

In Mumbai, Mr. Hitesh Vakil, CEO – Essel Excellence Centre (EEC) spoke about their journey of achieving excellence through Business Process Management. Mr. Ramakrishnan, VP & CIO – CAMS and Mr. Vetrivel, Senior Officer – Dhanlaxmi Bank shared their experiences of having Newgen as their technology partner at the Chennai customer meet. At Delhi, Mr. Atul Kulshreshtha, VP & Head BPO Operations – iGATE and Puneet Nath Kapil, VP IT – Max Bupa Health Insurance gave the audience glimpses of their successful partnership journey with Newgen.

Speaking at the Delhi Customer Meet, Mr. Sumeer Goyal, Director Digital Practice, PwC, highlighted during his presentation the importance of building digital capability in an organization and the need for innovation. He mentioned 5 key notable digital trends among Indian companies. Sumeer also talked about enablers of digital era and developing comprehensive strategy in which technology can be used as a catalyst for business innovation.

On showcase at each of the events were innovations around Newgen Solutions on mobility, banking and e-governance. Newgen Digital Procure to Pay (P2P) solution, jointly developed with MasterCard, was also a major highlight of the evening.

The events were attended by over 300 participants from reputed organizations like Hero Fincorp, Max Bupa, HCL, iGATE, Remfry & Sagar, L&T Finance, CAMS, ICICI Bank, Dhanlaxmi Bank, JCB and many more.
