Ready for Godavari in just a few clicks
Updating an ASUS AMD FM2+-based motherboard for compatibility with the latest AMD A-series (‘Godavari’) APUs takes just moments.
With the ASUS-exclusive USB BIOS Flashback the latest UEFI BIOS is downloaded to a USB flash drive. The motherboard does not even need to have a processor or memory modules in place: users simply connect the power supply, plug in their USB drive, press the USB BIOS Flashback button and then sit back and wait — there’s nothing else to do.
Alternatively, the Windows-based EZ Update tool — accessed via EZ Mode in ASUS AI Suite 3 — will update the motherboard’s BIOS with just one click
Users are also advised to update to the latest graphics drivers (version 14.502.1013.0 or later) to unleash the best possible performance.
