McKinsey’s Global Labour Report suggests that there will be a potential shortage of nearly 45 million medium-skill workers in developing economies or about 15 percent of the demand for such workers. Industrialisation will raise demand for workers with secondary education and vocational training in India and the developing economies of South Asia and Africa. India could have 13 million fewer workers. The association with CADD Centre will address just this challenge more effectively. It will also help in skilling individuals to operate in an experience economy.
Expressing his enthusiasm on CADD Centre’s association with Dassault Systèmes, S. Karaiadiselvan, Managing Director, CADD Centre Training Services said, “Technical Training has been always critical but the focus on this has only increased in the recent past. Dassault Systèmes’ applications are a great way of equipping the talent pool in India to operate effectively in an altered and complex economy”.
