Last quarter, Dell announced its new distribution strategy to drive growth in the commercial business and increase availability of its end-to-end solutions across the country. The announcement was well received by Channel Partners, as seen during the first phase of the distribution roadshows conducted in key metro cities with the participation and positive reception of over 450 channel partners. Building on this success Dell is conducting phase II of its roadshows in key emerging cities like Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Cochin, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Indore and Lucknow. Dell’s success is largely credited to the change in its channel strategy and its efforts in becoming a faster, easier and better company for channel partners to do business with.

Dell’s channel strategy is based on both partner and customer feedback and aims at ensuring that both of them have easy and prompt access to Dell’s best in class products and services.
