Some of the new products include the Microchip Lighting Starter Kit comprising main boards and prototyping board, adaptors and power supply. It provides a universal development platform for the creation of communications-enabled lighting applications, and can be integrated into existing lighting networks during development or utilized with multiple communication platforms to simulate large lighting networks.
The Microchip PIC32 USB Starter Kit III, a low-cost, modular development system for Microchip’s line of 32-bit microcontrollers includes on-board circuitry for full debug and programming capabilities and is expandable through a modular expansion interface. It is easy to use the Microchip Wi-fi G Demo Board, a portable and low-cost development system, to create a wi-fi network and control the demo board functions from the client device web browser. It is pre-loaded with demonstration software and is expandable by adding a sensor expansion board.
