Facebook acquires shares Of Little Eye Software Labs
New Delhi, India, January 14, 2014: J. Sagar Associates (JSA) advised Facebook in its first ever transaction relating to acquisition of shares of an Indian company, Little Eye Software Labs Private Limited (Little Eye), which is a Bangalore-based mobile software analytics company.

Facebook was also advised by its US legal counsel Fenwick & West LLP, comprised of the team of Ken Myers and Vishal Dave.
