Sony expands its EXTRA BASS series with the new SRS-XB01 speakers

Sony India launched its new EXTRA BASS wireless speaker SRS-XB01, which is an extension of the highly acclaimed EXTRA BASS Series. The small, pocket-sized speaker enriches every beat and gives any party a boost with EXTRA BASS sound. Its compact, rounded design, full range speaker unit on the front and passive radiator on the rear, gives tunes a deep and punchy sound. Despite its size, the speaker delivers big sound on-the-go.

The speaker has a water-resistant design with an IPX5 rating; protecting it from sprays and spills therefore one can play music indoor and outdoor without any fear. The SRS-XB01 boasts up to 6 hours of battery life, giving an interruption-free listening to user’s favorite albums and playlists. Further the speaker is specially designed for EDM genre of music which help to create party like environment anywhere.

Weighing approx. 160 gm, the SRS-XB01 is small and light enough to take them wherever. The speaker is designed to be carried and has a handy strap in matching color, making it easy to pick up, carry or hang anywhere.

The new addition in the EXTRA BASS series has a built-in microphone for hands-free calling and easy connectivity through Bluetooth® compatibility. It also features playback through the audio input as another way to enjoy music. User can further connect, play or pump up the volume by using the on-speaker buttons to help control music with ease.

SRS-XB01 will be available across all Sony Centers and major electronic stores in India. Additionally, SRS-XB01 will also be available on Flipkart. One can choose from a selection of six vibrant colors, which also comes in a two-tone design for added style.
