UST Global recognized by The WorldBlu List of most Democratic Workplaces 2014
New Delhi, India, April 25, 2014: UST Global, an information technology solutions and services company for Global 1000 enterprises, was honored by The WorldBlu List of Most Democratic Workplaces 2014. WorldBlu, a company specializing in democratic organizational design, has announced it is has certified UST Global as part of the eighth annual WorldBlu List of Most Democratic Workplaces.
Joined by organizations across the globe in a variety of industries, UST Global is one of 41 organizations on the 2014 list. UST Global believes that workplace freedom and democratic practices are key differentiators in today’s competitive business environment and that this will separate great organizations from the rest.

Organizations become eligible for a spot on the WorldBlu List of Most Democratic Workplaces after employees complete The WorldBlu Design Assessment. This is a survey evaluating their practice of the WorldBlu 10 Principles of Organizational Democracy. The WorldBlu Design Assessment was developed based on a decade of research into what makes a successful democratic company.
