Encora appoints Shyam Enjeti as Chief Delivery Officer
Encora announced the appointment of Shyam Enjeti to the position of Chief Delivery Officer.
With over two decades of experience in the technology sector, Shyam brings deep experience spanning data, analytics, cloud, application modernization, enterprise application development, incubating & scaling AI & Gen AI capabilities, and more.
Before joining Encora, Shyam was part of the leadership team at HCLTech. As Corporate Vice President and Global head of Delivery for Financial Services for Digital Business, Shyam was responsible for driving customer satisfaction and business growth. He has also held senior positions at organizations such as Vordel, Forum Systems and Corsec in the US.
At Encora, Shyam will lead the strategic planning and execution of service delivery and help align the company’s global delivery ecosystem, talent pool, and capabilities with evolving market demands.

Shyam holds a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from RVCE, Bengaluru University. He is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
