Do you find any challenges with the Indian market compared to other markets?
The Indian landscape comes with its own set of challenges as compared to the other markets. India is one of the fastest-growing economies in the world. The Indian market possesses promising and aspirational opportunities with various demographics and geographies. Capturing the market in the nation, requires an in-depth understanding of consumer behaviour, demography, and social groups. Thus, it is essential to develop products and services that meet the end consumers’ needs. Consumer purchasing habits range from cost-effective to affordable to luxurious.. Hence, developing products for each section is important, which further entails business growth. Additionally, all the products must have tech-enabled features to garner maximum consumer traction.
Furthermore, in the audio-visual industry, international to local brands have already acquired a huge scale. Establishing ourselves as a global leader and provider of these solutions brought us several challenges. From re-establishing our position to creating brand recall, we used various digital platforms and communication tools to sustain and retail our position. Within a short span of time, we observed our business grow and generate consumer interest.
